Reconnected propane solenoid in locker - 1/22/09

The connection from the solenoid switch to the actual solenoid in the
locker wasn't done with heat shrink connections. When I cut the
connections there was some corrosion on the vessel side of the wiring.

I trimmed that back to better wire and reconnected the wiring with
Ancor crimp connectors and heat shrink.
